Workforce Planning Advisor

Position Overview

TC Energy is seeking a Workforce Planning Advisor to join our team and help advance workforce planning capabilities across the organization. This role builds on an existing foundation, adding depth in workforce insights, risk identification, and forward‑looking planning practices. The advisor will partner with HR business partners, finance, and business leaders to connect workforce plans with business priorities and financial outcomes, strengthening workforce planning support for decision‑making today and evolving toward a more strategic, insight‑driven approach.
