Workforce Management/Transformation - Project Manager

We are growing our Cape Town capability to deliver world‑class workforce management solutions and scale the Frontline XP operations. As a workforce transformation (WFT) Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading the delivery of workforce management technology projects from initiation through to post‑implementation support. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are met while guiding clients through the transition to improved ways of working. Your ability to combine strong project management discipline with an understanding of WFT processes will be key to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.
