Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workforce Management Specialist. In this role, you will oversee scheduling, attendance, and staffing needs across our Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with HR and Team Managers, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and maintaining accurate scheduling records.

• Investigate staffing needs : and staff accordingly (opened/closed games tables) and assist in new employee onboarding.
