Primary objectives:

• Supports Workforce and Capacity Management projects that optimize staffing, scheduling, forecasting, seat utilization and operational efficiency across all client accounts.
• Ensures Workforce initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with SLAs, client requirements, and business goals.
