Workforce Forecasting & Scheduling Analyst

Gear Inc. is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support daily operations reporting to the Regional Workforce Manager in a fast-paced BPO setting.

You will forecast staffing needs, prepare team/LOB schedules including breaks and training, and keep an accurate staff roster with availability and skills. You will collaborate with training and talent acquisition to optimize utilization, monitor schedule adherence, and identify actions to address gaps.
