Supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to termination—this position ensures that every worker is properly established in company systems, accurately compensated, and fully compliant with payroll and administrative requirements.

With annual hiring volumes ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 craft and staff employees, the Workforce Coordinator ensures data integrity, efficient coordination between departments, and a positive employee experience through timely and accurate processing.
