Workforce Analytics Lead: AI-Driven Forecasting & BI

DAMAC Properties is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Analyst to act as a trusted analytics partner. You will deliver workforce intelligence, forecast accuracy and reporting governance to enable informed business decisions.

The role focuses on owning reporting, forecasting and BI deliverables, building Power BI dashboards and using AI/automation to boost efficiency and accuracy. Strong Excel, VBA and Forms/Power Automate skills are required.
