Workflow Automation Assistant

Tech Pipeline works with operations teams to fix the broken middle of their business processes by identifying where data goes bad and where approval chains get stuck. We are currently supporting a Spanish telecommunications provider as it expands its digital infrastructure, helping them bridge the gap between their current tools and their actual operational needs. This role is about getting into the technical reality of how work moves through a system and ensuring that nothing gets lost in the transition.


About the role

As a Workflow Automation Assistant, you will help our team audit and repair the logic that keeps data moving. Our clients often reach out when they have overgrown their tech stack, leading to manual workarounds and messy backlogs. You will assist in tracing these problems back to their source, whether that is a broken routing rule or a disconnected reporting pipeline.
