Worker/ Operator

Responsible for performing a variety of highway maintenance services including but not limited to: pavements, bridges, culverts, drainage control structures, road side maintenance, traffic services, traffic control operations, asset condition inspections, vegetation control, snow & ice control operations in accordance with the requirements of the Route 1 Gateway Project, and as directed by the Area Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each duty as listed below:

• Perform routine maintenance services including pavement maintenance (i.e. pot hole patching), bridge maintenance (i.e. bridge cleaning and flushing, erecting snow boards, repairing concrete spalls), culverts (i.e. repairing headwalls and replacing pipes), drainage control structures (i.e. cleaning catch basins), road side maintenance (slope repairs, litter control), traffic services (i.e. repairing ground mounted sign...
