Workday Technical Consultant – Absence & Security | Global Team

At Siemens Global Business Services, we are looking for a Workday Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Security to join our Global Workday Operations Team. This is not a functional or support-based role. You will be part of a globally distributed expert team, driving technical design, optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple countries and regions.

What you'll own

• Drive and optimize technical solutions within Workday Absence Management and Security
• Analyze complex system behaviors, data, and configurations to design effective solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of Workday security architecture (roles, groups, access concepts, authentication)
• Manage and enhance Absence frameworks including calendars, eligibilities, and leave configurations
