Workday Reporting (Buenos Aires)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our in-house Workday team and help strengthen, optimize, and scale our enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. This role will play a critical part in supporting our Workday environment following go‑live, with a focus on improving reporting accuracy, stabilizing dashboards and data models, strengthening governance, and enabling better business decision‑making across HR, Finance, and Shared Service Operations.

Workday Reporting Stabilization & Optimization

• Assess, improve, and maintain existing Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data models.
• Identify and resolve reporting defects, data integrity issues, performance challenges, and security/access gaps.
