In this role, you enable data-driven HR decisions by delivering advanced Workday reports and dashboards that support global HR operations. You will partner across HR, Finance, and IT to standardize reporting and governance while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance. The position sits in the Global HR Digital Team, driving HR transformation through digital solutions and insights. You will influence strategic decisions by turning data into actionable analytics, across 30+ countries.
