Workday Payroll & Benefit Consultant

Job Description : - Configure and support Workday Payroll including earnings, deductions, taxes, retro calculations, and payroll results. - Manage payroll processing cycles (regular, off-cycle, corrections) and year-end activities. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, PF, Client, PT, etc., where applicable). - Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis. - Support payroll integrations with third-party vendors and financial systems. Workday Benefits : - Configure and maintain Workday Benefits plans (health, insurance, retirement, flexible benefits, allowances). - Manage benefit eligibility rules, enrollment events, life events, and open enrollment. - Support benefits vendor integrations (inbound/outbound files, EIBs, Studio, APIs). - Ensure accurate benefits deductions and alignment with payroll.
