Workday PATT Lead - LATAM

Project Details:

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) Lead Consultant to support multiple Workday implementation and optimization projects. This consultant will lead clients through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking implementations
• Facilitate requirements gathering and future-state design sessions with client stakeholders
• Configure Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions based on business requirements
