Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive, end-to-end technical audit of the live Workday tenant configuration to map legacy technical debt and identify systemic points of failure.
- Review all current worker data mappings, duplicate job profiles, and reporting gaps that currently restrict accurate workforce tracking and cross-functional reporting.
- Evaluate existing Workday Business Processes (BPs) and notification frameworks to distinguish between minor process gaps and fundamentally flawed architectures.
