Job Responsibilities
- support configuration across workday learning, talent, and/or performance functionality based on business requirements
- troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution
- create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions
- develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases
- support testing cycles (unit, integration, uat), including defect tracking and resolution
- assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings
- partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior
- ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards
- support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis
- participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads
