Workday Integrations Senior Manager Role

Drive innovation as RBC’s Senior Manager of Workday Integrations. Lead impactful projects leveraging AI technologies to enhance HR systems and processes across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with teams to execute HCM programs while focusing on building and testing Workday integration and Extend solutions. You will guide developers, oversee technical strategy, and establish integration standards that align with business needs and enterprise best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design of Workday integration solutions
• Manage middleware usage and effective error handling
• Develop robust technical designs from functional requirements
• Act as Technical Contact throughout integration lifecycle
