Workday HRIS Lead & People Systems Manager

NCC Group is seeking a seasoned People Systems Manager to oversee the Workday HRIS platform and related systems. You will lead Workday projects, manage a team of 5 analysts, and partner with HR leads to drive process improvements across global operations.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, years of HRIS leadership, and the ability to balance business priorities with system reliability. Hybrid work in Taguig City with onsite presence two days weekly.
