Job Description: Role and Responsibilities: Configure, manage and maintain Bloom’s HR systems including Workday (HCM), Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management Technical lead for Workday implementation of additional Workday functionalities including Onboarding and Absence Management Design and develop Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business analytics needs Lead or support Workday semi-annual releases, including impact analysis, configuration updates, regression testing and stakeholder communications.
