Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and continuously improve Athena’s Workday environment. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day system operations, data integrity, reporting, and the ongoing optimization of HR processes that enable a high‑quality employee experience and scalable people operations. The analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Workday solutions across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and People Analytics.
