Workday HR Reporting & Insights Lead

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Workday Specialist to drive internal and external HR reporting projects and enhance our global reporting infrastructure. You will deliver workforce insights, lead small projects, and contribute to large initiatives across the enterprise.

You will gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, and train users on reporting capabilities while maintaining data confidentiality. The role offers growth in HCM analytics and exposure to worldwide HR teams.
