**Responsibilities**:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules such as Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting, and Security
- Collaborate with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions
- Optimize the Workday system for data integrity, compliance, and security
- Provide end-user support, documentation, and training
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage resolution
- Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other systems
- Stay current with Workday releases and propose enhancements
**Required Skills**:
- Experience with **3+ Workday modules** in a support project (mandatory)
- Workday Core HCM certification (preferred); certification in other advanced modules is a plus
- Minimum **4 years of experience** in implementation, AMS, or rollouts of Core HCM
- Knowledge of localization and compliance in **APAC, Europe, and North America**:
