Job Summary

WorkDay TA - Talent Acquisition - Bank Client. 6 Months Contract - Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite. Toronto, ON.

Note: Some one with Expereince working on Recruitment Digitization or Talent Acquisition Project will be Huge Plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regression testing and validation of Workday TA processes across cross‑functional system changes, ensuring end‑to‑end integrity and identifying downstream impacts
• Support delivery of governance and regulatory‑driven updates (e.g., candidate notices, data/privacy changes), ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Support requirements validation and refinement for Workday Change Requests, partnering with stakeholders to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with existing system design
