Requirements (What We're Looking For)
- Workday HCM Certification (Required)
- 1+ years experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes and increasing complexity (Required)
- 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)
- French proficiency (Preferred)
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
