Workday Functional Lead/Analyst – Absence

We are seeking a Workday Functional Lead/Analyst – Absence to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and Core HCM. This role will partner closely with HR, Legal, and internal application teams to ensure absence plans, leave policies, and employee data are accurately maintained, compliant, and aligned with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize absence plans, accrual policies, carryover rules, and time off types in Workday
• Support Core HCM configuration, including organization management, job and position data, and business process setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve absence and HCM‑related system issues, as well as employee and manager inquiries
