Workday Engagement / Project Managers coordinate, monitor, and lead projects from kickoff through Go-Live. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday Phase 1 and Phase X projects, including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management
Lead Workday projects for a global customer base. Manage the project scope, quality, resources, and timeline to ensure projects are successfully delivered to plan on time and within budget.
Monitor and communicate project status, milestones, and overall performance to stakeholders. Own, create and maintain documentation (status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, project plans,etc) to track performance.
Identify risks and issues within the project plan, communicate risks to stakeholders and internal management, and drive initiatives to mitigate/resolve risks within a timeline manner. Escalate performance concerns to internal management as applicable.
