About the role
As a Workday Digital Product Owner (Absence, Time & Attendance) within our Digital People Services team, you will drive the end‑to‑end digital product lifecycle of Time & Attendance solutions across Sanofi’s global footprint. Your focus will be on ensuring reliable, compliant platforms that directly impact tens of thousands of employees worldwide. You will operate within a portfolio-based model, managing diverse solutions including Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, regional systems, and badge reader integrations, while balancing the needs of HR operations and digital technology.
