This role partners closely with HR, Talent, and HR Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions while ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and adherence to governance standards.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5+ years of Workday functional experience across HCM and at least one module: Recruiting, Talent, or Learning.
- Hands‐on experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Workday frameworks: BPF, calculated fields, security, and module configuration.
- Experience supporting testing cycles, enhancements, and production support.
