WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
In this role, you will configure, test and deploy Workday solutions across HR modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits and more. You will maintain core Workday foundations, support process improvements, and ensure seamless HR workflows. The position involves leading cross‑functional initiatives, gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and resolving complex issues. You will handle integrations, data updates and mass uploads, ensuring high data quality and logic. By reviewing Workday semiannual releases, you will identify features to enhance user experience, process efficiency and compliance. You will recommend and apply process and system improvements—including automation and AI—streamlining HR operations and improving scalability.
