OVERVIEW :
We’re seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to support and enhance our compensation programs within a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-career Workday professional with strong experience in both Core and Advanced Compensation.
In this role, you’ll partner with Compensation, HR, Payroll, and Vessel Operations teams to implement, configure, support, and optimize Workday compensation processes—while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
