Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the Workday Business Analyst supports the central HRIS team on the continued deployment and optimization of Workday across the SAUR International Region. The role acts as the primary liaison between the central HRIS function and local HR teams, ensuring effective Workday adoption, data quality, process standardization, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for the Spain and Portugal subsidiaries, supporting payroll integration activities and HR process transformation.
