Key Responsibilities:
Resolve low to mid-complexity ERP incidents
Provide functional troubleshooting and user support
Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base
Support ERP system stabilization
Escalate complex issues as required
Required Skills:
ERP functional support and incident management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Knowledge of ERP workflows and systems
SQL basics
Experience:
~7+ years in ERP support
