1. Workday – Security
Required Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience in Workday Security configuration and administration.
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and cross‑module security impacts.
- Experience with Workday tools such as:
- Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Advanced Custom Reports
- Workday Web Services and Integrations
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC.
- Experience supporting production environments, incident management, and root‑cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical security concepts to business stakeholders.
