You will bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern infrastructure by managing the mapping, validation, and loading of essential worker, payroll, and time-tracking data into Workday ahead of a strict December go-live. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity during a high-stakes transition phase.
Key Criteria
Proven experience as a HCM Analyst or Business Analyst within large-scale system migrations.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday, specifically working with Workday data templates and population.
