Agilysis is looking for a Workday Absence Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience delivering Workday solutions. Roles & Responsibilities : Scope and document requirements, configure, load data and deploy Workday Absence. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps. Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects. Configure and smoke test Workday Absence module. Provide findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion to clients. Utilize business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.
