About the Role

We’re looking for an Overseas Operations Specialist for Southeast Asia to drive early user operations, localization, and product feedback loops for an AI Agent product across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the operations strategy for the AI Agent product in Southeast Asia, including market prioritization, user segmentation, growth channels, localization direction, and operating cadence.
2. Acquire seed users in target markets and run localized operations across channels including but not limited to content, communities, and influencers, identifying and validating the growth motions that work best in each local market.
3. Through user research and market insight, develop a deep understanding of how knowledge workers and business users in Southeast Asia use AI tools; build localized use cases and templates for SEA users, and close the product feedba...
