About the Position:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the EBS Interiors Mexico team, reporting directly to the EBS Supervisor. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Time studies of production processes, line balancing proposals, and improvement initiatives.
• Analysis and definition of plant installed capacity and workforce strategy based on short- and long-term customer volume forecasts.
• Document machinery capacity and direct labor capacity to present the plan to the departments.
• Maintain OEE, cycle time, and personnel information in the ERP system.
• Participate in improvement activities to optimize the process.
• Manage the strategy and plan for production space and machinery utilization in the plant in the short and medium term.
