Responsibilities
- Supervise daily wood processing and production operations.
- Coordinate workflow and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor quality standards and workplace safety compliance.
- Assign and oversee work performed by production staff.
- Maintain production records and operational reports.
- Support operational requirements and production schedules as assigned.
- Work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and public holidays when required to meet operational needs and project deadlines.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, production, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or related industries.
