Our client is an Australian born and owned footwear and accessories business known for their comfort, quality, and commitment to craftmanship. We are now seeking 2x Footwear Designers to join the Women's team based in Geelong. We are ideally seeking a junior and a senior to join as soon as possible.
As a designer you'll lead the end-to-end footwear design process, from trend analysis to product launch, translating concepts into finished product in close collaboration with design, production, marketing and international teams. Working alongside the international product manager and global stakeholders, the designer ensures strong cross-office communication, incorporates sales insights and feedback, and delivers designs aligned to the consumer mindset and brand pillars while contributing to the business 365 strategy with a high level of autonomy.
Location: Geelong.
Salary: $80k-$120k + super dependent on experience.
