Profile - Manager – Wireline Billing
Qualification - Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 6+ Years
Location - Mumbai
Job Responsilibity :-
A. Billing
- Upon receipt of RFI/ NEW HOTO document from the Operations team, prepare billing and send to Revenue Assurance (RA) for validation and resolve query if any
- Raise monthly invoices in the ERP system against the relevant Purchase Orders (POs) and upload invoices to the customer portal along with supporting documentation – HOTO, PO, LTDS certificate, and revenue workings – or share via email with hard copies as required.
- Raise ARC (Annual Recurring Charge) recurring invoices as per contract terms, both in advance and in arrears.
- Raise quarterly advance billing / arrear invoices before the start of each quarter as per MSA applicability.
B. Month-End Closure
- Prepare Unbilled Revenue (UBR) schedule using the DF/OHFC/ FTTH revenue working file.
