Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspection, setup, and preventive maintenance of Wirecut machines and supporting equipment
- Operate Wirecut (EDM) machines efficiently according to job specifications and technical drawings
- Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical issues related to the machine
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the Wirecut area and equipment
- Assist in monitoring machine performance and report any irregularities or deviations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to meet required output and quality standards
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as Wirecut Operator
- If NO experience — Willing to undergo 3-month training with pay.
- Experience in the precision tooling industry is an advantage
