Our team is more of a backend infrastructure team than a workforce management team. Ideal candidates will come from roles such as Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer and have experience with on-prem and cloud server and network infrastructure, working directly with vendors to implement and troubleshoot purchased solutions, creating detailed documentation, and excellent communication / presentation skills. Experience working with the backend and vendors of WFM applications such as Verint, Aspect, WorkIQ, Intradiem, TTEC WFM Adapters, etc. and also basic scripting experience is a plus.
