We’re excited to welcome a new DC Manager to our fast-paced, safety-focused team in Auckland, NZ!
Reporting into the State operations manager, Winning Services the warehouse Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the DC covering Safety, Service, Cost and Best Team to support the business strategy and goals.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for ensuring that the site follows all relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs)
- Ensure periodic toolbox talks are delivered and acted upon
- Ensure the right training and processes are in place to minimise incidents/injuries
- Make sure any incidents/injuries are reported correctly and in a timely manner
