We are looking for a passionate and energetic wingfoil and windsurf instructor to join our team at ION Club Costa Calma. If you love the ocean, enjoy working with people, and bring positive energy wherever you go, this could be the perfect job for you!
What we’re looking for:
- Certified windsurf and wingfoil instructor
- Friendly, open-minded personality with great communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to create a fun, motivating learning environment
- Hands‑on attitude and willingness to help with daily center operations
- English required (other languages are a plus)
- Passionate especially about wingfoiling as our main product
