SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) Project Title: Windows Server 2022 Failover Cluster Domain Migration Support and Troubleshooting Location: Remote Support Support Hours: EST Time Project Overview: The client is migrating an existing Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Failover Cluster from one Active Directory domain to another. During the migration process, the client is encountering an error while creating the Cluster Name Account (CNO) in Active Directory using the PowerShell command: New-ClusterNameAccount -Name sdicluster01 -Domain sdirad.local The engineer will provide remote troubleshooting, assessment, and migration support to identify the root cause of the error and assist with the successful migration of the cluster to the target domain.
