Wind Turbine Design & Reliability Lead

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in Sharjah is seeking a Wind Turbine Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for wind turbine technology. You will ensure that the procurement, installation, and maintenance of wind turbines are carried out safely and reliably.

Your role involves detailed technical due diligence, optimization of turbine layout and compliance, and driving root-cause analysis on component failures. The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy with at least 12 years of relevant experience.

The position requires strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
