Wind Farm O&M & Asset Management Lead

Acciona Energía Southeast Asia seeks an O&M Site Manager to lead asset management for the Kalayaan 2 Wind farm in Laguna. Reporting to the Managing Director and O&M Manager, you will oversee safety, availability, and performance across multiple contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will drive improvements, coordinate with authorities and contractors, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting while controlling OPEX and budgets to meet AE Production Department targets.
