Wildfire Mitigation Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead wildfire mitigation programs across electric distribution and transmission assets Oversee capital initiatives such as vegetation management, grid hardening, reconductoring, undergrounding, and wildfire related technology deployment Provide direction and oversight to project managers and cross functional teams Manage program scope, schedule, risk, and financial performance Support implementation of operational wildfire mitigation measures, including enhanced protection settings and public safety power shutoffs Coordinate enabling initiatives such as fire weather tools, monitoring systems, operating procedures, and stakeholder engagement activities Prepare executive updates, governance documentation, and decision materials Support regulatory filings and long-term wildfire mitigation planning Promote safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across all activities Requirements
