Your mission is to promote safety, trust, and empowerment, ensuring each participant's voice is included in their recovery journey. You will leverage your experiential learning skills and adventure therapy background to support individuals in a serene outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and well-being of all residents
