WIFI Platform Engineer - 24x7 Tier 2 Provisioning & Support

Singtel Group is seeking a WIFI Tier 2 Engineer who will play a crucial hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team. Responsibilities include configuring customer WIFI services, performing diagnostics, and providing technical support for escalations and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a degree in IT or Computer Science, and a strong understanding of wireless networking standards.

The position requires participation in a 24x7 standby rotation and the individual will contribute significantly to service improvements and technical onboarding procedures.
